Review changed time.
Source changes need review. Local edits and invoiced work stay protected. Keep BillGrid keeps your version and stops future updates to that entry.
Features / Toggl 2.0
Bring your completed Toggl 2.0 (formerly Focus) entries into BillGrid's time records. Keep the hours with the right project, then review the time you want to invoice.
Included on every BillGrid plan, including Solo and trials. The account owner connects from Settings > Toggl.
Connect your Toggl workspace with your own API key. Choose a start date and time zone, then map Toggl projects to existing BillGrid projects.
Manual is the default. Choose Sync time when ready, or enable Automatic for an immediate first check and checks every four hours. Sync time remains available in either mode.
After syncing, choose Invoice time. The existing invoice import opens with the eligible entries selected. Check the lines and BillGrid rates before creating the invoice.
Your normal billing workflow
Synced entries become ordinary BillGrid time. View them under the client and project, use your saved billing rates, and prepare the invoice through the same review you already use.
Nonbillable time is recorded too; the Toggl invoice shortcut selects eligible billable time only. Hours already invoiced are excluded. See how time becomes an invoice.

This connection supports Toggl 2.0 and the connected user's own completed entries. It does not connect classic Toggl Track or import other people's time.
Automatic checks the last 30 days, beginning no earlier than your saved start date. Use Sync time for another period of up to 31 days. Choose a sync period.
Its tracked hours go on the date it started in your saved time zone. BillGrid does not split the entry between days. Normal daily time limits still apply. Check dates and billing rules.
