Billing questions

Billing, in plain words.

Do I need a card to start?

No. You get 30 days free on either plan. Add a card whenever you're ready; nothing is charged until your trial ends.

What happens when the trial ends?

We email you 10, 5 and 1 day before it ends. If you haven't picked a way to pay by then, your account pauses: you can still sign in to choose a plan, and everything you've added is kept.

How does the Company plan charge for staff?

$20 a month covers you. Each extra person on your team is $5 a month, and every staff member gets their own login and timesheet.

How do I pay for BillGrid?

By card or PayPal, billed monthly. You can update how you pay from Settings at any time.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes, from Settings › Plans and Pricing. If you cancel, your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Are there fees on payments my clients make?

BillGrid adds none. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
