Ready to invoice now shows $340: Create invoice lists the time and the expense, and Create draft makes the invoice. In the send-email screen, show Maya's personalized message, attach the PDF, and send. BillGrid confirms it went to Maya with the PDF, and when the first automatic reminder goes out. Now switch to your client's view: open the invoice, choose Pay $340.00, enter a test card, and pay. BillGrid says thank you, marks the invoice paid, and shows a $0 balance.
