There's no import for clients or past invoices yet, so add clients as you bill them. Expenses can be imported from a CSV file.

Yes. You can keep several company profiles, each with its own name, address and details, under one sign-in.

Connect your Stripe account in Settings › Online Payments. Your invoices then show a Pay now button; clients pay by card, and the invoice is marked paid automatically.

You can bill each client in their own currency. Online card payments work in US, Canadian and Australian dollars, euros and pounds; for anything else, record the payment on the invoice when it arrives.

In Settings › Emails & Notifications, choose how many days before or after the due date a reminder goes out — to your client, to you, or both. Paid and draft invoices are skipped.

Yes. Clients can pay part of the balance online, and you can record partial payments by check, cash or transfer. The invoice shows what's still owed.

Staff logins are part of the Company plan: $20 a month covers you and each extra person is $5 a month. Everyone tracks their own time and expenses; you review and bill.

From Settings › Plans and Pricing. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for. See pricing for the plans.

Go to Settings › Delete Account and confirm with your password. Export any reports you want to keep to CSV or Excel first.

Every page is encrypted, and card details go straight to Stripe — we never see full card numbers. Read how we keep it safe and our privacy policy.
