Open the account menu, click Settings, then choose Branding. The sample invoice beside the controls updates as you choose.
Pick a layout
- Classic — a letterhead rule in your color, with the total set like a ledger's sum.
- Bold — a slim bar of facts in your color, with the total as the one large figure.
- Sidebar — every detail in a column beside the work, ending on the total.
- Overlay — a light band in your color, with the client and the total on a card across it.
Choose your color and logo
Under Brand color, pick a swatch or type any hex color. Text on your color stays readable on its own: BillGrid picks dark or light text and adjusts the shade if it has to. Upload your Logo on the same page; it appears on every invoice and estimate, and in the PDF. Click Save changes.
Where it shows
- Every invoice and estimate from that business, on your screen and on your client's page.
- The PDF attached to your emails carries the same layout, logo and color.
- Emails and BillGrid's own pages keep BillGrid's colors.
Trying a look on a real invoice
On any invoice or estimate, click Customize look to see it in another layout or color. Save for all documents keeps the new look for that business; Cancel leaves everything as it was.
If you send from more than one business, each has its own logo, color and layout: choose the business at the top of the Branding page.
