Different business names.
One place to send the bill.

Give each business its own document identity: name, address, tax ID, logo and branding. Choose who sends each invoice or estimate while managing the work in one BillGrid account.

  1. 01 / ADD

    Name the business.

Open Settings, then Business details. Choose Add a business, enter its name and optional tax ID and address, and save.

  2. 02 / BRAND

    Give it its own identity.

Upload its logo and follow Edit branding for document color and layout. Review the details your clients will receive.

  3. 03 / SEND FROM

    Choose on the document.

New invoices and estimates start with the default business. Select another sender at the top of the editor before sending.

A studio today.
A workshop tomorrow.

Perhaps you invoice design services under a studio name and teach under a workshop brand. Keep both identities ready, then choose the appropriate sender for each draft.

How many businesses can I add?

Plan allowances include one business on Solo, three on Pro and as many as you run on Team. Business details shows whether another can be added. See current plan details.

Can I delete a business I no longer use?

You cannot delete the default business or one referenced by an invoice or estimate. For an unused default, make another business the default first. Existing document references preserve the sender relationship.

Can I choose a different sender after sending?

Choose the business while the invoice or estimate is a draft. Once sent, the document keeps its business even if the account default changes.
