A BillGrid calendar.
The recommended option creates a calendar in your Google account. Show, hide or recolor it in Google Calendar. This access choice does not let BillGrid see your other calendars.
Features / Google Calendar
Put invoice due dates and estimate delivery dates beside the rest of your schedule. Open an event for the client's details, document status and a link back to BillGrid.
Open Settings, then Integrations > Calendar Sync. Choose A new BillGrid calendar or One of my calendars.
Click Connect and sign in. BillGrid creates its own calendar automatically. For an existing calendar, select the calendar and event types, then Save.
Choosing a calendar or enabling another event type adds existing upcoming dates. Subsequent document changes update their calendar entries.
One document. One dated entry.
An invoice appears on its due date; an estimate appears on its delivery date. A payment or approval updates that entry's wording, rather than adding a separate payment or approval appointment.
Events are all-day entries, not timed meetings. Their dates follow the document; activity-history dates use your company's timezone. Check regional settings in the defaults guide.
Due, overdue, partially paid or paid: the entry reflects the invoice's state.
Estimate delivery dateThe same entry reflects approval or billing.

No. The integration publishes invoice due dates and estimate delivery dates from BillGrid. It does not import Google events, log time or synchronize project schedules. Manage work in clients and projects.
Disconnect under Configure > Connection. Existing events remain; use Remove BillGrid events first to remove upcoming entries. When switching calendars, BillGrid asks whether to remove its events from the old destination.
